How Does ERP Work?

If you wanted an ERP completed on your commercial property, we would send out one of our sales representatives to walk the property with the owner or property manager (someone who knows the property very well). Our sales representative will document the building with photos and make notes of square footage, water shut off, and other information for our technicians to know where everything is and how to operate efficiently as soon as possible. After the ERP has been completed, we can either give you a folder with all the information or digitally share a folder so that if you are not on the property during an emergency, someone in the office can be ready.
